Remoulade Mayonnaise


1 c Prepared mayonnaise
1 Scallion (3 inches of green left on)
2 ts Tiny capers, chopped
1 tb Flat leaf parsley (chopped)
1 tb Dijon-style mustard
2 ts Whole-grain mustard
1 ts Tarragon vinegar
1/4 ts Tabasco sauce
Salt and freshly ground
Black pepper, to taste


Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until time to use.
