Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake



Ingredients:

1 (2 layer size) pkg. devil's food cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise



Preparation:

Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round cake pans. In a large bowl, with mixer at low speed beat together cake mix, eggs, water and mayonnaise until blended. With mixer at medium speed, beat 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pans. Bake in a 350 degree oven 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks. Frost as desired. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
