Baby's First Meatloaf


1/4 pound ground meat (beef, lamb, pork or turkey)
1/2 cup vegetables (shredded or pureed)
1/2 cup bread crumbs with Romano cheese
1 tablespoon whole milk or formula


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Shape into a small meatloaf, and place onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until center is no longer pink. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving (longer if necessary to cool to proper temperature for baby). Slice or crumble into pieces for your baby or big kid to enjoy.
