Meatloaf Supreme


2 Pounds Of Lean Ground Beef Steak
4 Tablespoons Of Old Homestead Tomato Pepper Jelly
1 Large Chopped Vidalia Onion
1/2 Cup Of Black Beans
2 Cups Of Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Large Chopped Carrot
1 Diced Ripe Jalapeno Pepper
1/2 Large Fresh Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup Of 1% Milk
1 Fresh Large Whole Egg
3/4 Cup Of Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
1 Teaspoon Of Dried Basil
1 Teaspoon Of Dried Parsley
1 Teaspoon Of Colgin All Natural Hickory Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Of Fine Table Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Of Course Ground Black Pepper
1 Container Of Sour Cream For Garnish
1 Jar Of Old Homestead Tomato Pepper Jelly For Garnish

To start this wonderful recipe meatloaf supreme recipe, go ahead and preheat your over to about 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out a baking pan, and line it with aluminum foil, and then spray it with Chef's Own Butter Cooking Spray. Once that task is out of the way you will then need to chop and dice up those veggies, including the Vidalia onion, carrot, jalapeno pepper, and green bell pepper. I chop all of my veggies using a Oster Fusion 2-in-1 Food Processor and Blender, as it really saves tons of time in the kitchen. Next you will want to take out a large mixing bowl, and add in the eggs, basil, parsley, pepper, and the Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs. Take out a whisk, and really mix those ingredients up very well. Once you have it to a consistent blend, add in the onion, the green pepper, carrot, black beans, and jalapeno pepper, and again mix well using a whisk or mixing spoon. Next up, add in the lean ground beef steak, 4 tablespoons of Old Homestead Tomato Pepper Jelly, grated cheddar cheese, 2% milk, fine table salt, and Colgin All Natural Hickory Worcestershire Sauce. With this mixing process, roll up those sleeves, wash and rinse your hands well and then manually mix up the contents in the mixing bowl. Get those ingredients evenly spread out through the meatloaf and really soak up the seasonings and the sauces. Next you will need to start forming a meatloaf, you want it firm, but not dry and stiff. Have some backup beef on standby incase you need more. Finally pack in the meatloaf into your baking pan, and then bake it for about 40 minutes. Then slide out the beef loaf, brush on a thick layer of Old Homestead Tomato Pepper Jelly all over your meatloaf, completely covering it and then pop it back into the oven for 20 more minutes, or until the meat isn't pink.
