Lemon Garlic Meatloaf

1 1/2 Pounds Of Lean Ground Pork Shoulder
4 Large Minced Garlic Cloves
1/4 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
6 Large Lemon Slices
1/2 Cup Of Spring Water
1 Large Beaten Egg
2 Cups Of Reese Homestyle Caesar Croutons
1/4 Cup Chopped Sweet Onion
1/2 Cup Of Muir Glen Organic Tomato Ketchup
2 Teaspoons Of Original Johnny's Seasoning Salt
1/3 Cup Of Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Of Fresh Ground Cloves
1 Teaspoon Of Mustard Powder
1/4 Dash Of Fresh Ground Allspice

To begin the creation process, you will need to preheat your oven to about 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or roughly 175 degrees Celsius. While the oven is preheating, take out a large mixing bowl, and add in the following ingredients. First add the lean ground pork shoulder, fresh lemon juice, spring water, one large beaten egg, Reese Homestyle Caesar croutons, diced onion, and finally Johnny's Seasoning Salt. Clean your hands thoroughly, and mix together the ingredients manually, until everything is evenly dispersed throughout the pork. Once you are done mixing and mashing it, begin shaping an oval pork loaf. Once you have the pork loaf ready, add it to a greased baking pan. When you insert it into the baking pan, leave adequate room on all the sides. Bake the pork loaf for 20 minutes, and while this is happening, take out a mixing bowl to prepare the topping sauce. Add in the Muir Glen organic tomato ketchup, the brown sugar, allspice, mustard powder, and the cloves. Mix it up well, and then spoon it over the meatloaf. Once you are done with the sauce, lay the 6 lemon slices over the top of the pork loaf. Once again bake the meatloaf for an additional 30 minutes, or until the meat is well done. To check it, stick a toothpick into the meat, and if it pulls out clean, that is a good indication the loaf is done.
