1 Teaspoon Of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Of Garlic Croutons
1/2 Cup Of Cold 2% Milk
1 Jar Of Your Favorite Fresh Salsa

To start this hot and spicy chili South of the border style meatloaf recipe, you will want to take out a large cooking skillet, and heat up the extra virgin olive oil on medium low heat. Next step is to add in the garlic and red onion, saute them until the are tender, soft, and juicy. Do avoid browning them. Once you are done, on to the next step of adding these sauteed onions and garlic to a large mixing bowl. Now add the jalapeno and green bell pepper, the canned tomato paste, all of the extravagant seasonings, mix it all up together, until you have a nice consistent mixture. Next up add in your lean ground skinless turkey, lean ground beef steak, dried bread crumbs, 2% milk, and using your clean bare hands, mix up everything extremely well, making sure you have all of your ingredients evenly spread out in the meat. Next form an oval meatloaf with your hands, and place it into a pre-greased baking pan. Next bake your meatloaf at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. You will want to bake it for nearly one and a half hours. Remove it from the oven once done, and let it cool for 10 minutes before dishing it out. Serve with your fresh favorite salsa, some Mexican rice, and some black beans.
