Golden Meatloaf


1 1/2 lb Ground beef
1 c Rolled oats
1 c Raw, grated carrots
1/2 Minced onion
2 Eggs, beaten
2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
3 Hardcooked eggs


Combine all ingredients, except hard-cooked eggs, and mix thoroughly. Place half of mixture in a loaf pan 4 X 9 inches. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and arrange in row through center of the meat. Place remainder of the meat on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/4 hours.
