Yummy Blueberry Pancakes

1 cup of wholewheat flour.
1/2 cup of milk.
1/2 cup of canned blueberries, with juice.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
1/4 teaspoon of salt.
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
Cooking oil.

Bottom of Form


Mix together all ingredients thoroughly except the blueberries and milk.

Add the milk and blueberries.

Coat a suitably sized nonstick pan with cooking oil. Heat up.

Add the batter to the pan and cook until golden, turning once.
