Onion Pancakes with Beef Crumble


1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
4 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 c. water
1 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. Bisquick
1 egg
1 2/3 c. milk


Brown ground beef. Saute onions in butter. Stir all together with Bisquick, add liquids slowly and cook to thicken into creamy gravy.

Onion pancakes: Saute onion in butter. Mix with other ingredients. Bake on hot griddle and serve with beef crumble over top.
