Pancakes with Ham and Peach Sauce


1 (16 oz.) can of sliced cling peaches, drained
1/3 c. maple syrup
1/3 c. honey
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen ready to serve pancakes or waffles
1 center cut, ready to eat ham steak
1/2 c. pecan halves
2 tsp. grated lemon peel


Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a 4 cup oven proof glass pan, combine peaches, syrup, and honey. Set on bottom rack of oven - arrange frozen pancakes in one layer on ungreased cookie sheet. Place ham on second cookie sheet on bottom rack. Bake about 10 minutes until pancakes, ham and sauce are heated. Stir sauce occasionally.
