Simple Mango Pie


One 9-inch pie shell.
1 1/2 cups of mango pulp.
1 cup of evaporated milk.
3/4 cup of brown sugar.
2 medium eggs.
1/4 teaspoon of salt.
1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder.
Whipped topping.


Beat the eggs, then add all of remaining ingredients except the whipped topping.

Bake at 425F (220C) for 35 minutes.

Allow to cool.

Garnish with whipped topping.
