Easy Pork Chops


4 pork chops.
1 large onion, chopped.
1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup.
1 cup of sour cream.
1 tablespoon of butter.
Freshly ground black pepper.


Saut, the onion in butter until it turns transparent.

Add the pork chops to a suitably sized skillet and brown on one side. After turning, add the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.

Turn down the heat and cover.

Cook for about 20 minutes or until done.

Add freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
