Basil Pork Chop


2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup minced fresh basil
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 minced clove garlic
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp crumbled dried rosemary
1/2 tsp mint sauce
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper


1. Place the pork chops in a plastic bag or sealable container

2. Mix all the remaining ingredients and pour over the pork

3. Seal and marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning steaks occasionally

4. Preheat the barbecue to high temperature and place the pork chops on the grill

5. Turn the heat down to a low setting and barbecue or broil on a greased broiler pan for 5 minutes per side basting frequently with marinade
