Italian Pork Chops


6 center cut pork chops
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. olive oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
6 slices mozzarella cheese


1. Mix the egg and water, dip each pork chop in egg mixture

2. Cover the pork chops with the bread crumbs

3. Saut, the pork chops in oil on both sides until brown, place in a baking dish

4. Spoon half of the tomato sauce over the pork chops and top it with a slice of cheese on each chop

5. Spoon the remaining tomato sauce over the pork chops.

6. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit (160 degrees Celsius) for 45 minutes or until chops are done
