Simple Beer Chops


4 boneless pork chops
1 c. of your favorite beer
2 tbsp. of onion soup mix
1 c. of sliced mushrooms
1 can of cream of mushroom soup


1. Mix all the ingredients except the pork chop and the mushrooms

2. Cook the pork chops in a pan with the mushrooms

3. When the mushrooms are done, put them and the pork in an oven dish.

4. Add the onion mix on top.

5. Put a lid on the dish and put in oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) for approx. one hour
