Pork Chops Pilaf

Ingredients:

6 pork chops
1 1/2 c. rice
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
2 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. red wine
3 qt. casserole dish
1 sm. jar chopped pimento


Preparation:

Spray dish with Pam. Spread rice in bottom of the dish. Mix the soup and soup mix, water, and wine together. Add to rice. If rice moves, re-spread it. Salt and pepper pork chops to taste. Lay chops on top of the rice mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes on the middle rack in the oven.
