Mushroom and Hash Browns

Ingredients:

4 medium-sized potatoes
5 large mushrooms, quartered
1 onion, diced
1 egg
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, diced


Preparation:

Peel and grate potatoes. Stir in egg and onion and form into small patties. Put olive oil in pan, add patties and begin frying on medium - high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic and fry together until mushrooms are soft and hash browns are golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste.
