Asparagus Quiche


One nine-inch pie shell.
3 medium eggs.
1 green onion, chopped.
3 ounces (1 can) of french-fried onion rings.
1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese.
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
1 cup of asparagus, cooked, chopped.
1/2 cup of milk.
1/2 cup of cream.


Mix together all of the ingredients as above and pour into the pie shell.

Bake at 375F (190C) for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean.

Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
