Beef & Bacon Quiche


8-10 lg. eggs
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
6 slices bacon
1 c. milk
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
8 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
2 tbsp. season all
2 pie shells


In large bowl mix eggs and milk together. Brown ground beef and bacon, gradually add chopped green onions to meat. Drain meat when done. Add remaining ingredients to egg and milk mixture, stir well. Pour into pie shells and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Quiche is done when solid in center. Serves 6 to 8 people.
