Cheddar Biscuit Quiche


10 oz. can big flaky biscuits
1 1/4 c. (5 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. (4 oz.) cooked, cubed ham
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Arrange in ungreased 9-inch pie or quiche pan; press over bottom and sides to form crust. In medium bowl, combine cheese and flour. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon over crust. Cover edges of crust with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer until filling is set. Cool 5 minutes before serving. 5 to 6 servings.
