Cheesy Jalapeno Quiche

Ingredients:

1 (10 inch) Best Ever Pastry Shell
6 oz. cooked ham, chopped
4 slices bacon, fried crisp, drained & crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 med. tomato, peeled & chopped
2 canned jalapeno peppers, seeded & chopped
3 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. sour cream


Preparation:

In unbaked pastry shell, layer ham, bacon, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, tomato, jalapeno peppers and parsley. In small bowl, combine beaten eggs, mustard and sour cream and mix well. Pour egg mixture into pastry shell. Bake quiche at 450 degrees for 30 minutes or until filling is set. Cover edge of pastry with foil to prevent excessive browning. A great way to wake up your taste buds. 8 servings.
