Rhubarb Meringue Pie

Ingredients:

3 c Rhubarb; cut fine
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Flour
2 Egg yolks
1/8 ts Salt


Preparation:

Mix sugar and flour, add beaten yolks, rhubarb. Place mixture in unbaked crust and bake. Make meringue with 2 egg whites, beaten stiff, 6 T. sugar. Pile on baked pie, brown in oven.
