Steak Burrito

Ingredients:

2 lb. steak, all fat trimmed & cubed
1 sm. diced onion
1 diced tomato
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 sm. jar taco salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 burrito shells
Sliced cheese


Preparation:

Brown steak in fry pan with little oil. Add onion and tomato. Add tomato sauce, taco salsa and seasoning. Bring to light boil. Add flour to thicken into gravy. After thickened turn to simmer. Warm burritos in a pan. Then put a slice of cheese and then meat. Roll to eat.
