Sweet and Sour Marinated Steaks


4 (8-12 oz.) rib eye steaks, 1" thick
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt


Place steaks in large shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients; stir well and pour over steaks. Cover and marinate 4 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Remove from marinade. Grill 5" form hot coals about 5 minutes each side. Yield: 4 servings.
