1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
Toppings of choice (pepperoni,
sausage, black olives, etc.)
Mozzarella cheese

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining 4 ingredients, beat with a fork 25 strokes. Let stand 5 minutes. Press dough evenly in greased deep dish pizza pan and up the sides about half way. Spread with pizza sauce and toppings.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
