Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake

Ingredients:

1 stick butter or margarine, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. zucchini, finely grated
1 c. or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, chopped


Preparation:

Cream the butter and sugar. Add oil, eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat well. In another bowl combine cinnamon, cloves, flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda. Add to above mixture. Add zucchini. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chips and nuts on top. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool in pan on rack.
