Shrimp Scampi with Zucchini

Ingredients:

1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
24 fresh, med. size shrimp, shelled & rinsed
2 c. sliced zucchini


Preparation:

In 10 inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until shrimp and zucchini are tender (5-7 minutes) To serve, spoon 6 shrimp with zucchini and butter sauce over cooked rice.
